We Remain Open

Firstly, we hope this finds you and your families safe and well in these challenging times. 

Following the government advise, to introduce social distancing, our business has introduced contact free drop off and secure pick up. Zawada Car Gas remains open with the following adjustments made to ensure safety of out staff and customers:

• Appointments can be made via e-mail (mks@zawadacargas.co.uk), mobile (07513151904) or button at the bottom of the page;
• Upon the appointment arrangement, your car can be dropped off by the garage address and keys left in the secure location. A detailed steps will be provided upon appointment arrangement;
• Any communication between our staff and yourself during the time of repair will be via phone and/or e-mail including but not limited to, the period of time for the repair, price, pick up time and date.
• Once the repair is complete the car can be picked up at Unit 15 Telford Close, Norwich, NR3 2BN. The employee will be wearing protective face mask as well as protective gloves. Customers will be advised not to enter the premises. 
• In addition, car's keys, steering wheel, door handles, mirrors, dashboard and any other area inside the car that came in touch with our staff will be cleaned with anti-bacterial gel. 
• Please note, that as we accept cash only, we advise to wash your hands after getting in contact with money at any time.
